Feta Shrimp Skillet

10-15 Shrimp (uncooked, peeled, dried off)

3 tbs of canned tomato (I used Hunt’s fire-roasted tomatoes)

1 tbs diced sweet onion

1 minced garlic clove

Dried oregano*

Dried basil*

Olive Oil

  1. Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook for about 3 minutes until it becomes golden brown.
  2. Add minced garlic. Sprinkle in all spices (things with the * by it). About a 1/2 tsp each.
  3. Add in diced tomato. Turn the heat up a bit and cook for about 2 minutes until the mix becomes a little thicker.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until opaque (about 8 minutes). I added in a little more spices at this point as well.
  5. Once plated, top with crumbled feta. You are now a master chef. Enjoy!

I loved the workout you posted on Facebook, I think about a week ago. I am doing it often, and I love because I can take it with me when I travel. I would love to see an arm routine. Now I am in my 50’x I am losing muscle tone, and feel like I need bigger biceps, and great shoulders, triceps to fill out the skin!! (Im pretty sure you mom will never have this problem)!. Thanks..you are an amazing girl keep up all the wonderful things you are doing.
