Over the course of 28 days, we’re going to put your body and mind to the test:
1) Before the start of the challenge, we will reach out to you to discuss your one main goal for the month, and input it into your app for you to track towards throughout the 28 days.
2) Each day you’ll complete a workout from your FIGR Training App.
3) At the start of each week, you’ll have a new habit programmed into your app for you to complete each day.
4) On top of your habits and workouts, you’ll have a list of 15 challenges to complete by the end of the month.
