The FIGR Training App makes workouts easy. Each day, simply open your app and check your To-Do list to see what your workout is for the day. You’ll be doing the same workouts as everyone else in the group so you’ll all be in it together.
In addition to the 5 programmed workouts each week, we will also be doing a live workout via Zoom for all the challenge members to virtually workout together. We will check in with the group and answer any questions during these live sessions as well.

Track your meals without spending any time tracking calories or macros! To become more mindful of our food and drink intake, you’ll simply take a picture at each meal and log it directly into your app. You also have the option to use MyFitnessPal in conjunction with the meal picture tracker.

Each week you’ll have a different challenge that involves a core movement. We will announce each challenge on the Monday of that week – you’ll have to join to see!

Any time you have questions or need assistance, we will be available through the FIGR Training App messaging dashboard. Simply shoot us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. You’ll now have your very own fitness coach!

You will have access to a group chat exclusively for those in the challenge who are doing the same workouts and challenges each day so you can have maximum accountability and extra motivation to keep up and stay in it!
