It’s getting colder, darker and closer to the holidays.

And for us moms, that oftentimes means cooped up kids, less fresh air, fewer walks/activity, and more stress.

So instead of chalking this time of year up as an L, let’s come together to hold each other accountable to our workouts so we can have a little more vitality, energy and sanity going into the holiday season!



COST: just the cost of your FIGR app subscription which is $24.99 – $39.99 depending on which program you choose!

DATES: October 23 – November 17

LOCATION: the entire challenge will be ran through the FIGR app. You will be added to a private chat group within the app (regardless of which program you follow) where all communication and details can be found.

HOW TO JOIN: first subscribe to your program of choice, then message “challenge” to me in the app and you’ll be added to the in-app accountability group!

HOW IT WORKS: once you’re in, your daily FIGR workouts will automatically be added to your daily to-do list within the app. All you have to do is complete and check off each component of your to-do list each day from Oct 23 – Nov 11!

PRIZE: if you complete every component on your to-do list (prescribed workout each day – includes warm up, workout, stretch and any core/accessory work) every day from the 23rd to the 11th you’ll earn yourself a FREE Mother FIGRs tee!

And you’ll have generated the sanity & energy to make it through these colder months with the cooped up kiddos, which is priceless.

For my new moms who want to heal fully and recover stronger post birth. Choose from three different starting points when you go to the page!

For my moms-to-be who want to have their fittest pregnancy and best birth! Subscribe to your exact week from the pregnancy page.

For my moms who are fully recovered and have access to barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells & rigs. This is a full lifting and metcon-style workout program.

For my at-home moms who are fully recovered postpartum and looking to improve their general fitness level. Only dumbbells are needed for this program!

2. Direct message “challenge” in the FIGR app

In the bottom right hand corner of the app, you’ll see a button to message me directly. DM me “challenge” and I’ll add you to the in-app accountability group! All further communication will be within that group.


You can unsubscribe to any of the FIGR programs at any time.

To unsubscribe, go to and login with your app credentials. Click “My Purchases” – click the 3 buttons in the top right corner of your subscription – click “Cancel Auto-Renew.” You will still have access to your program for the remainder of the payment period and you will not be charged for the next month.

As much as I want everyone to get a new shirt, only those who complete every scheduled workout will earn their shirt. This doesn’t mean you can’t rearrange the programmed workouts in your app’s calendar and do them on different days!

Even if you do have a misstep before the challenge is over, you should still challenge yourself to complete every component out of the principle of sticking with it!
