DATES: October 23 – November 17
LOCATION: the entire challenge will be ran through the FIGR app. You will be added to a private chat group within the app (regardless of which program you follow) where all communication and details can be found.
HOW TO JOIN: first subscribe to your program of choice, then message “challenge” to me in the app and you’ll be added to the in-app accountability group!
HOW IT WORKS: once you’re in, your daily FIGR workouts will automatically be added to your daily to-do list within the app. All you have to do is complete and check off each component of your to-do list each day from Oct 23 – Nov 11!
PRIZE: if you complete every component on your to-do list (prescribed workout each day – includes warm up, workout, stretch and any core/accessory work) every day from the 23rd to the 11th you’ll earn yourself a FREE Mother FIGRs tee!
And you’ll have generated the sanity & energy to make it through these colder months with the cooped up kiddos, which is priceless.
