FIGR:Shred 

No equipment needed. 30-40 minute workouts. 5 days a week for 8 weeks. Full body workouts designed to shred your body head to toe.

FIGR:Lean 

Strengthening program using dumbbells only. 45-60 minute workouts. 5 days a week for 8 weeks. For gaining lean muscle mass and weight loss. 

FIGR:Elite 

Full gym strength and functional fitness program. 60-70 minute workouts. 5 days a week for 12 weeks. For gaining strength, muscle mass, and improving overall fitness level.
