CLASS DETAILS

CLASS TYPES:
men’s class // ladies class // coed HYROX class

CLASS SIZE:
varies, generally between 4-7 people per class

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION:

Ladies and men’s classes include a variety of workout structures and include mainly functional fitness and strength based movements. You can expect to see things like AMRAP’s, EMOM’s, chippers, Tabatas, strength circuits, intervals, and more. Experience with dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells is recommended, but not required. Workouts are different every single day and are programmed by the trainer specifically for each class.

HYROX is a co‑ed, race‑inspired conditioning class that blends functional strength work, running intervals, and HYROX‑style stations for a smart, challenging training session. Every workout is coached with purpose—helping athletes build efficiency, power, and endurance whether they’re training for an upcoming race or just want a structured, high‑intensity session that actually moves the needle.

6 WEEK POSTPARTUM RETURN TO FITNESS CLASSES

This in-person option is a 6 week in-person workout series programmed specifically for postpartum moms just starting their recovery/return to fitness and wanting to get back to the weights, intensity and movements they love to do safely and effectively.

PREGNANCY OR POSTPARTUM ONE-TIME CONSULTATION

If you’re pregnant or postpartum and want specific guidance, to learn “the things you know you don’t know,” and to get all your questions and concerns answered, a one-off consultation session would be perfect for you!  If interested in this option, please message me on Instagram or email at fitisgettingreal@gmail.com and I’ll discuss this option with you!

BYOB (Bring your Own Baby) MOM AND BABY WORKOUT

Once per month, we have a BYOB workout where you can bring any babies/kids of any age and workout with your kids! Message me on Instagram to get added to the dedicated BYOB Facebook group for details and future class dates.
